CHAPTER. 1

A cold draft, like a whisper of death, brushed against my cheek, and I felt a shadow pass over my figure. My eyes, still heavy with sleep, fluttered open, adjusting to the stark darkness of my room. Moonlight, filtering through the blinds, painted the walls in shimmering silver, illuminating only the most basic shapes. It was then I noticed it – a figure perched upon the couch chair just feet from my bed. My heart leapt into my throat, and I sat bolt upright, my breath catching in my lungs. The intruder, a man cloaked entirely in black, was a silhouette against the soft moonlight. A hoodie pulled tight over his head obscured his face, leaving only the outline of a shadowed visage. Panic clawed at my throat, but my voice remained trapped, a silent scream echoing within me. The air thickened with anticipation, the only sound was the frantic thumping of my pulse, filling the room with a deafening silence. I stared at the stranger, paralyzed by fear, my mind struggling to comprehend the situation, the reality of an intruder in my space.

Then the realization washed over me. He is none other than, he is my stalker the person who has been stalking me for two years.

He stood up from the couch chair and walked towards me as I dragged myself back into my bed in the same sitting position. My body started to shiver as I didn’t know what to do. My mind goes blank only I can see the dark and black person in front of me.

He sat beside me and I could see his blue eyes that were staring directly at my soul. At the same time, the clock in my room made his room and I looked at it, it was midnight. When I turned my face again he was face to face with me, his hands which is wearing black gloves started to stroke my cheekbone. I freeze in my place, I can’t move, I can’t scream, I can’t push him away. I was paralyzed and I don’t know why my flight mood is not turning on.

“Happiest Birthday, Sweetheart,” he whispered leaning close to my face.

“On your next birthday, you will be completely mine in every way.” He declared. It fucking sounds like a promise. But I won’t let that happen how can I just live with a stalker?

“N-no. It will not happen,” I said and I heard his dark chuckle.

"You still don't seem to understand, Sweetheart. You are meant to be with me. You are destined to be mine. The sooner you come to terms with this, the better it will be for you," he murmured as he gently tucked a few stray strands of hair behind my ear.

“You—”

“Don’t get into an argument in your Birthday that too in your bed,” he said. His voice is dark as he is threatening me.

“Here's your small Birthday gift,” he said and placed a blue tulip in my lap. Oh my— it’s my favourite colour among tulips.

“So bye-bye, Sweetheart. Let’s see you soon,” he said as he got up from my bed. He walked towards the balcony. I released a relieved sigh but that relief soon turned into a panic when he halted in his steps.

“But before that, I want something from you. . .” He said as he came towards me.

“W-what?” I asked him.

“Your. . .” He hovered over me, making my back lean to the headboard of the bed “Your lips,” he said as his thumb ran over my lower lips. Fucking audacity.

“Don’t you dare!” I pushed him but this man is not even budging from his place. He is really a muscular man.

“Aw, my poor Sweetheart. I like dares so be careful when you use that word with me because at any cost I will complete my dare,” he said as he leaned closer to my face, his mask is there still on his face. His other hand goes to my bare thigh as I’m wearing white shorts, goosebumps erupt all over my body at his touch.

How can I let him do this all? “ Get away from me,” I yelled.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MIKI!!!

I jerked up from my bed and fluttered open my eyes only to see Jay, Jhanvi, Papa, Muma, Grandpappy, Manish uncle and Nisha Aunty.

Thank god! It was a dream.

“Hey!” Jay waved his hand in front of my face and I looked at him.

“Happy Birthday, Miki.” He said.

“T-Thank you,” I said and he frowned.

“What happened, Ami?” Muma asked as she sat beside me.

“Nothing, Muma,” I said to her.

“Then why are you sweating like this? Are you alright?” She asked me.

“I’m fine, Muma,” I said to her.

“But—”

“Revathi, she is saying that she is okay. So let be it,” Papa said.

“Happy Birthday, my girl.” Papa said as I smiled at him and wrapped my hands around him “Thank you, Papa,” I said as Jay and Jhanvi narrowed their eyes at me. I’m sure they should have noticed the change in me.

“Now everyone moves away from my Little Pea,” Grandpappy said, my father’s dad. I call him Grandpappy and he calls me Little Pea.

“Happy Birthday, Little Pea.” He said side-hugging me.

“Thank you, Grandpappy,” I said to him.

“Happy Birthday, Miki.” Manish uncle and Nisha Aunty said to me.

“Thank you,” I said to them with a smile.

“Okay, let’s cut the cake now,” Jhanvi said placing the cake in front of me.

“Okay, fine,” I said as I took the knife. Jay lit the candle.

“Make a wish,” Jhanvi said with a smile.

I closed my eyes for a fleeting moment, lost in the memory of my childhood dreams. My yearning to become a doctor and build a loving home for my family, dreams that had blossomed into reality. Today, my deepest desire resided in a simpler, more profound place: the happiness and peace of my loved ones. My parents, my grandpappy, and their well-being were the only things I wished for. No pain, no suffering, just their eternal joy.

“Okay,” I said with a smile, opening my eyes and taking a knife to cut the celebratory cake. The sweetness of the frosting was a testament to the sweetness of my life. I placed a generous slice on my Grandpappy's mouth, his wrinkled face crinkling with a knowing smile. Papa and Muma followed suit, their eyes sparkling with pride. Manish Uncle and Nisha Aunty eagerly received their share. Jay and Jhanvi giggled in anticipation. Their eyes, full of mischief, held a secret plan. As they reached for my face, ready to smear me with frosting, I quickly crossed my arms and declared.

“NO!” My laughter filled the air, a testament to the joy that surrounded me, a joy that stemmed from a simple desire: the happiness of those I loved most.

“Okay, Dad and Mom, we’re sleeping here, okay?” Jay said as he hopped on my bed.

“Okay, fine then,” Manish Uncle said.

“Grandpappy, go and get a good sleep. Go go,” I said to him. As he nodded his head and stood up from my bed.

“Goodnight, kids,” Papa said to us.

“Actually, it is a good morning, Aravind Uncle,” Jay said as Papa muttered a sorry. Everyone left the room leaving these twins in my room. Actually, Jay’s and Jhanvi’s house is just near to me, we’re all in one street. Manish Uncle and Papa were best friends from childhood so we also became childhood friends.

I also lie down on the bed, Jhanvi and Jay are lying on either side of me.

“What happened to you, Miki? You don’t seem fine after we come from Cafe,” Jay said.

“Nothing like that I was just tired of the hectic day in hospital. And that too straight after the medical camp in Karnataka,” I said looking at the ceiling of my bedroom.

“Then why didn’t you give a reply to Abhik’s proposal?” Now Jhanvi asked me. Here I don’t have any answer to give. Till now I hadn’t informed anyone about the call I got from my stalker and I came out of the Cafe saying to Abhik that I couldn’t give a reply to your proposal.

I really don’t want to embarrass him like that but nothing is more important than his life.

“Why are you not saying anything?” Jhanvi asked me.

“Because. . . I don’t love him,” I shrugged and it’s kind of true.

“Then you should have said to him,” she said.

“How can I embarrass him in front of everyone? And why didn’t you tell me that he is going to propose to me?” I asked her.

“Because I thought you loved him and it will be a surprise for you,” she said.

“You think I’m in love with him?” I asked her.

“Yeah, I did,” she said.

“You too, Jay? You know that I only saw him as my friend, right?” I asked Jay.

“I don’t know anything about this, Miki. This mongoose didn’t say anything to me,” He said.

“Don’t call me that,” Jhanvi slapped him hovering around my body.

“Ouch! Why did you slap me?” He slapped her back.

“Will you both stop this?” I said to them.

“Okay. Only for our birthday girl,” Jhanvi said as she backed off.

“So are you going to reject Abhik?” Jay asked me.

“Well, I—”

“I think you shouldn’t do that because he will be a good partner for you, Miki. He has there with you for the last nine years. He is the one of them who understands you well, he will keep you happy.” Jhanvi said.

“Miki, if he has been with you for nine years, I’ve been with you for 29 years and I have known you since childhood and I can keep you happy too but the thing is you can only see me as a friend and I can see you also as a friend. So in a love life friendship is required but it shouldn’t be only a friendship. Are you getting what I’m saying? You shouldn’t force yourself on this, think about it and make a decision,” Jay said. Yeah, Jay right, a relationship can’t go ahead with only a friendship, I should love the person but here, I don’t.

“Yeah, I will think about it thoroughly,” I said.

“Okay then, let’s go to sleep. We’re going to have a hectic day at the hospital, Miki. I hate it to wake up in early the morning. Ugh.” He said as he covered his whole body with my blanket.

Jhanvi and I exchanged a look and shook our heads. As we both cuddled each other and slipped into deep slumber even my mind was filled with that stalker but I shut off that thought and slept well.

At Morning

“Ami! Get up,” Muma’s voice reached my ears as I fluttered open my eyes and jerked up from my sleep.

“How many times have I called you, Ami? Are you not going to hospital?” Muma asked.

“Yeah, Yeah. I have to,” I said as I tied my hair in a messy bun.

“Then go and get ready fast and also call them too,” Muma said pointing her chin at Jhanvi’s and Jay’s direction who were lying beside me.

“Okay,” I said to her and she went out of the room.

“Jay, Jhanvi. Get up, it’s late.” I jumped down from bed.

“Jay and Jhanvi!” I yelled as they didn’t wake from their sleep.

“What! What happened?” Jay jerked up from his sleep and looked at me.

“What happened, Miki?” Jhanvi groaned.

“It’s late, go to your home and get ready,” I said as I took my towel.

“Okay. We’re going. And—” Jay as he came towards me “Happy Birthday, Miki. I wish your smile never fades away from your face. Love you,” he said as he hugged me and placed a kiss on my hair.

“Love you too,” I said as wrapped my hands around him and he broke the hug.

“Happy Birthday, dear. Let’s have a treat in the evening, okay?” Jhanvi said as she kissed my cheeks.

“Okay, fine,” I said.

They both went out of my bedroom and I went to take a shower.

I choose to wear the lavender colour Kurta and ice blue jeans and I come downstairs after getting ready.

“Good morning, Grandpappy.” I give a good morning hug to Grandpappy who is reading the newspaper in the living room.

“Good morning, little pea,” he hugged me back.

“Hey, you’re ready?” Papa asked behind me.

“Yeah,” I said as I turned to him.

“Ami, come and have your breakfast,” Muma said.

“Yeah, Muma coming,” I said as I was about to walk towards Muma but Papa held my hand.

“You have a surprise gift, Ami,” Papa said.

“Gift? What gift?” I asked him.

“Here it is,” he placed a box which is wrapped in gift paper.

I curiously opened the box and it was a Canon DSLR camera which was I planning to buy this camera on my next salary.

“Papa, thank you so much. I love it,” I said.

“I know you will love it, it was on your wish list, right?” He said and I nodded my head.

“So. . . You got your Papa’s gift. Don’t you want my gift?” Muma asked.

“Yeah, I want it,” I said to her with a smile.

She gave me a small jewellery box and I opened it and it was a golden necklace with a tiny heart pendant.

“Aww, it's so cute, Muma. Thank you so much,” I said and I kissed her cheek and she made me wear that.

“Little Pea, it’s my gift.” I shifted my gaze to Grandpappy. It was also a jewellery box, I took that from his hands and opened it. And it was a moonstone ring, oh my god! It’s really beautiful.

“Thank you, Grandpappy,” I said to him.

“Did you like it?” He asked me.

“I loved it,” I said to him.

“Okay then let’s have breakfast,” Muma said and we all moved to the dining hall.

“Ami, come early today. I mean at least before 6 PM, okay?” Muma said and I narrowed my eyes.

“Why?” I asked her.

“I will say that in the evening,” she said and I nodded.

“Muma, Papa, are you not opening the Cafe?” I asked them.

“Yeah, we’re going,” Papa said.

“Then go fast, Harsh Uncle will be waiting there,” I said as I finished my breakfast. Harsh Uncle and Manya Aunty are working in our Cafe and they’re living near the Cafe too. They have two children, The Elder is a daughter, Kriti who is preparing for NEET and the younger one is Kiran who is studying in the tenth standard.

I opened the main door and suddenly I was wrapped in a hug.

“Happy Birthday, Mikis.” The person said and it was Rhea, she had been my neighbour for the last 10 years.

“Thank you,” I said as she broke the hug.

“Here is your gift,” she said and gave me a crime thriller book. Yeah, I’m a bookworm. I kind of read every genre.

“Thank you,” I said again.

“Happy Birthday, Mikus” Moksh took me in a hug, he was the younger brother of Rhea.

“Thank you,” I said.

“And here is your gift,” he gives me a key chain of butterfly. It looks like a Vintage type.

“It’s amazing. From where did you buy this?” I asked him.

“Can’t say that,” he said.

“Don’t be arrogant,” I said and he chuckled.

“Miki, come. We’re getting late,” I heard Jay’s yelling from outside of the gate.

“Papa, Muma and Grandpappy, I’m going,” I said as I walked out of my home.

“Rhea, are you not going to report the news?” I asked her because she is a journalist.

“Yeah, I have to.” She said as I opened the gate.

“Moksh, what about you?” I asked him.

“I also have to go for my class,” he said.

“Okay,” I said and Jay passed me the helmet.

“What happened to your two-wheeler?” Rhea asked me as I hopped onto Jay’s bike.

“Nothing happened, it is there,” I said pointing my hand towards the porch.

“Oh sorry, I forgot that you love to go on the bike,” Rhea said and passed a knowing smile. She is right, I love to go on bikes so most of the time I go with Jay and if we have different shifts I take my two-wheeler.

“Can we go now?” Jay asked.

“Wait a minute, we can leave together,” Rhea said as she hopped into her two-wheeler and Moksh also climbed on her back.

“Okay, let’s go now,” Jay said as revved the engine.

“Hey, I’m also coming.” We heard Jhanvi’s yelling.

“Then come fast, mongoose,” Jay yelled back.

As Jhanvi also joined us, we left our street. We all split into our respective ways for work.

“Are you not giving me any gift?” I asked Jay.

“Don’t you have any shame to have a gift by asking?” He asked me while he was looking straight at the road.

“Why should be I? You’re my best friend and I don’t think I should be ashamed to ask you for a gift,” I shrugged and he looked me through the mirror of my bike.

“What if I didn’t have a plan to give you a gift?” He asked me.

“Then don’t give me,” I huffed.

He can be really annoying sometimes.

We reached our hospital, PRIMA-care hospital. I climbed down from the bike and passed the helmet to Jay I didn’t bother to wait for him as I walked inside the hospital.

“Happy Birthday, Anamika.” Sam said as he gave me a friendly hug.

“Hey, take your hands off from her.” Jay’s sound came behind from me but Sam didn’t care about his words. Actually, Sam is Samrat Shrivastav and Jay and Sam used to be rivals from our college days onwards but I did have a good relationship with him and he is Jhanvi’s boyfriend too.

“Thank you, Sam,” I said with a smile.

“Here, I know you like chocolates. So here is your gift,” he passed me a box of chocolates.

“Thank you so much, Sam,” I said as I took from box from his hands. If I got chocolates I don’t want anything else. I’m obsessed with chocolates and items made of chocolates.

“Who said to give you a gift for her? You already tricked my twin sister and now are you planning to steal my best friend?” Jay asked him.

“Jay,” I warned him.

“Look, Jay, Anamika is my friend too, okay?” Sam said.

“Don’t argue in the morning, please,” I said as we three walked towards our O.P.

“Hey, Happy Birthday,” Amaya said as she hugged me and only my girl best friend in this hospital.

“Thank you,” I said as we broke the hug.

“So what’s the plan today?” She asked.

“Let’s go to a pub tonight,” Jay said.

“I will get to decide that,” I said to him.

“You were planning to give a treat like this, right?” He asked.

“Maybe I want to change that plan,” I said.

“You—”

“Anamika,” It was Abhik’s voice. Oh God, how will I face him?

“Yeah?” I turned around.

“Happy Birthday. This is for you,” he said as there a usual smile on his face as he forwarded the white tulips and my favourite chocolate bar towards me.

“Thank you,” I said as I accepted his gifts.

“Hey, JM Sir is coming,” Amaya nudged me. JM Sir is short for Jayesh Malhotra. He is in his early 50’s and senior Cardiac Surgeon in our hospital and one of the best Cardiac Surgeon in India. I’m under his guidance. He is very strict and serious among all the senior doctors present here. Everyone here was kind of afraid of him and some of them didn’t like him too. But I like him and I have so much respect for this man. He is very professional yet very passionate about his work.

“Good Morning, Sir.” We all said.

“Good morning all,” He said in his professional voice.

“Abhik, Samrat and Anamika come to my room, okay?” He said.

“Okay, Sir.” We nodded our heads. He walked towards his room but stopped and turned around.

“Anamika, is your birthday today?” He asked me.

“Yes, Sir,” I said.

“Happy Birthday. I wish a good year for you,” he said and I muttered a thank you.

“He wished you a happy birthday? The man who always roams with his grumpy face and doesn’t care about any matter of juniors wishes you a happy birthday. Oh, how did I forget you are his favourite junior doctor,” Amaya said placing a hand on my shoulder. Yeah, everyone in the hospital says that I’m his favourite among all junior doctors.

“Anyway, let’s go guys otherwise he will kill our good day,” Sam said.

“Yeah, let’s go. See you guys,” I said to Amaya and Jay as we three I mean Abhik, Samrat and me walked towards JM Sir’s room. Abhik, Samrat and I specialized in Cardiac surgery while Jay and Amaya specialized in general surgery.

“What is evening planning, Anamika,” Sam asked me.

“Going to the pub,” I said.

“But you said to Jay that you changed the plan,” he said.

“I said to just mess with him,” I said.

“Guys you both go, I will come after placing these all in my room,” I said as I had to keep my gift

“Okay,” Sam said.

“Let me come with you, Anamika,” Abhik said.

“Okay,” I said as Sam walked to JM Sir’s room and Abhik and I walked towards our room.

The silence between us is very awkward and this never happened between us in the last nine years. I don’t know about him but for me it’s awkward.

Abhik opened the door for me and I got inside the room as I kept everything on my table.

“Anamika, are you okay?” He asked me.

“Y-yeah, why did you ask that?” I asked him.

“Because I don’t feel like you’re okay, I noticed yesterday itself that.” He said. How can I say that because of that fucking stalker my mind is fucked up?

“If it is because I proposed, I’m sorry—”

“No, Abhik I was. . . shocked when you proposed to me but it didn’t cause me any tension,” I said.

“I’m sorry that, it was my mistake I didn’t say that to you beforehand. Even I don’t know when I started to. . . love you but I realized it recently and I said that to you if I hide it from you it will seem like a betrayal, pretending to your friend when I love you is a kind of betrayal that’s why I proposed you but I should have said this instead of proposing you, it was I thought – leave it. But this shouldn’t affect our friendship, I’m okay if you can’t see me more than a friend,” he said. Oh God, he is so good man. Jhanvi is right he is so understanding and he will be a good partner too but I don’t love him. Why didn’t I fall in love with him? Should I tell him about the stalker from here it will not be safe who knows he can’t hear us.

“Our friendship will remain as same, Abhik,” I said with a smile.

“Okay, let’s go then,” Abhik said as we both walked out of my room and went to see JM Sir.

At Evening

As Muma said I came home earlier I mean at sharp 6.PM which is not a habit for me. I only walk inside this home after eight at night but today my Muma said as a good daughter I obeyed it.

“Ami, wear this. And get ready fast, okay?” She said placing a cloth bag in my hand and I opened it only to see a baby pink saree.

“Why should I wear this?” I asked her.

“I have no time for your Q and A section. Go and get ready fast,” she said in urgency.

“Okay, calm down. I will get ready fast.” I said as I walked towards my room with the saree in my hands.

After freshening up I changed to the saree Muma given me. It is a plain and solid baby pink colour saree with a sleeveless designer blouse . It looks so beautiful. And it looks more beautiful as the Muma’s necklace matches with this saree. I set my hair free with a side partition.

I come downstairs after getting ready but the thing is why Muma told me to get ready. Are they planning a surprise birthday party for me?

“Oh my god! Look, didn’t I say she will look beautiful in this saree?” Muma said to Papa as she came towards me.

“You look so beautiful in this saree, Ami,” Muma said placing a hand on my cheek.

“But Muma, why did you tell me to get ready?” I asked her.

“Because some people are coming to see you,” she said. Some people are coming to see me? Who? OH DAMN! Not again.

“Muma, don’t say that some people are coming with a marriage proposal for me,” I said.

“Unfortunately the answer is YES,” Muma said.

“Muma, why didn’t you inform me this earlier?” I asked her.

“Because I know if had informed you will escape from here,” she said and it’s true.

“Of course, I will. I don’t want to get married at least for now.” I said.

“Ami, you’re 29 now and you’re an independent woman, you’re doing your favourite profession, you have a good career now and you built your dream home too. Now what excuse do you have to deny your marriage?” She asked me.

“Still I didn’t find my love,” I said to her.

“I don’t think you can find it by yourself so let me help you with that, my sunshine daughter.” She said as she patted my cheek and went to the kitchen.

“Papa, you also joined with this plan and betrayed me, right?” I asked Papa.

“I’m helpless here, Ami. You know who is here Home Minister and who rules here,” he said.

“Mr. Varadhan Roy you too joined in this betrayal?” I asked Grandpappy hoping my hands on my hip.

“Little Pea, I talked to your mother but she is right though, you’re 29 and I think it’s time for your next life phase.” He said.

“No. You all are taking my right to find my love by myself,” I said to them.

“But Ami, they’re just here to see you, if you don’t like him we will not take this further,” Papa said.

“Promise?” I asked.

“Promise,” Papa said.

“But you should have valid reasons to reject him,” Muma said as she came to the living room where we were all. Shit! How will I reject that the man who is coming to see me will be perfect in every means? But not everyone can be perfect, right?

I came out of my house and sat in the garden area. I took my phone and straight went to our group chat named WALKIE TALKIES.

Anamika: GUYS! RED LIGHT. EMERGENCY.

Rhea: What happened, Miki? Are you okay?

Anamika: Now I’m fine soon I’m going get in trouble.

Jay: What trouble?

Anamika: My Muma is going to get me married to someone and that someone is coming to see me.

Rhea: What!!

Jhanvi: Oh girl, you’re in a deep shit.

Jay: When is he coming?

Anamika: Today evening. Now.

Jay: Oh shit! Anyway, Miki you also need a life partner, right? So bow down in front of your mother and marry the stranger who is coming to see you today.

Anamika: Shut the fuck up. You know I wanted a love marriage, not an arranged one.

Moksh: But you don’t have a lover, Mikus.

Anamika: I know but my gut feeling is that someone soon enter my life who will love me deeply.

Rhea: For the last three years you’ve been saying this same thing.

Jay: Yeah, right.

Anamika: GUYS, I need help. Please suggest any idea so that I can avoid this shit.

Jay: Escape from there. I’m coming soon.

Anamika: I can’t. Muma already warned me about it.

Jhanvi: Say that you have a relationship with someone.

Anamika: Do you think that my family believe it?Jhanvi they know I don’t have any relationship.

Jhanvi: Then do one thing, you directly say to the person who is coming to see you that you don’t have any interest in this marriage. Problem solved, right? Why are we overthinking about it?

Rhea: Yeah, correct.

Moksh: I agree.

Jay: Sometimes mongooses can think practically too.

Before I could type anything I heard the horn of a vehicle from outside my home. I went to look after that. I opened the gate only to see a bouquet of. . . blue tulips.

It’s him.

I took the bouquet of tulips that were placed on the road in my hands. Blue tulips are my favorite and it’s the rarest color among tulips. There was a note in the bouquet, I took that and read,

“Happiest Birthday, Sweetheart.

On your next birthday, you will be completely mine in every way.

Sincerely,

The ORION.”

A chill runs down my spine. The same words. Same fucking words which I saw in my dream.

I flinched when my phone made its notification sound. I looked at my phone and saw it was a message from an unknown number.

Unknown Number: Happy Birthday. Hope you like my gift. And yeah? You look so alluring in the baby pink saree, Sweetheart.

As I read the text I looked around because now he is somewhere near me. He can see me. My phone pinged with another message.

Unknown Number: Are you searching for me, Sweetheart? Are you eager to see me?

I didn’t reply. Again my phone pinged with a message.

Unknown Number: Or waiting for someone else? If it is a yes, no one is coming to see you.

Anamika: What do you mean by that?

Unknown Number: You will get to know that soon, Sweetheart.

Anamika: Where are you now? Come in front of me if you dare by stopping this fucking hide-and-seek game.

Unknown number: Calm down, my little daredevil. I’m just a five-meter radius away from you.

Unknown number: And you dared me to come in front of you, now you better prepare yourself to face me, Sweetheart.

Oh shit! Did I take it the wrong way?

I heard the bike racing sound just a few distance away from me and I shifted my gaze in that direction only to see a bike going at a flashing speed.

Is he that?

“Ami!” I flinched when Muma called me.

“Yeah?” I turned around.

“The boy who was supposed to meet you today met with an accident so they will not come today,” Muma said and her words took me aback.

Is my stalker behind this? Yes. He is.

Orion? Who the fuck is this ORION?
